We ship our items by USPS first class and USPS Ground Advantage which includes tracking and delivery, confirmation and insurance up to $100.00 The Free Shipping option is not available on discounted or wholesale orders. Priority Shipping (which includes insurance in case of loss) can be purchased at checkout. Unfortunately, lost, stolen, or items damaged during shipping cannot be our responsibility.
